4. Career & Recruitment

Grad Incubator acts as a bridge to employment. However:

• We provide mentorship and referrals, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the partner companies.
• Participation in the incubator does not constitute a legal employment contract with Grad Incubator.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or behave in a way that harms our professional community.
