From a university lab to a regional platform
Grad Incubator was born when a small group of mentors noticed the same pattern every semester: powerful ideas, strong students, and projects that disappear right after grading. We decided to build a path where the project is not the end of the journey, but the beginning of a career.
Today, we work with students, universities, and companies to design a clear career roadmap for each graduation project: from refining the idea, to building a portfolio, to landing the first job or launching a startup.

Key Milestones in Our Journey

First pilot inside one university lab
We started with a small experiment: 10 graduation projects, 3 mentors, and one goal – to treat projects as real products. By the end of the semester, 8 students had portfolios strong enough to pass real job interviews.
Partnering with tech companies
We expanded our network to include hiring partners who were looking for motivated juniors, not just seniors with long CVs. This allowed us to connect graduates directly with decision-makers in the industry.
Launching the Grad Incubator platform
The platform you see today was launched: a space where students can apply, get matched with mentors, follow a clear roadmap, and showcase their work to hiring partners – all in one place.
